Structure_02
This photograph captures a striking detail of the Hutmen water tower in Wrocław, Poland. Seen from below, the monumental concrete structure transforms into a radial composition of lines and shadows, reminiscent of both industrial power and abstract geometry. Rooted in the aesthetics of brutalism, the tower reveals its raw materiality and unapologetic form. The play of light emphasizes the weathered texture of the concrete, turning utilitarian architecture into a sculptural presence. The work reflects my ongoing interest in the dialogue between modernist and brutalist structures and visual abstraction, revealing how function-driven forms can resonate with aesthetic intensity.
